We have online delivery service almost across the glob, even though returns and refund is limited to UAE alone as the moment, we would expand the range in near future and will be happy to share the info with our customers once the range is expanded, return and refund is available for 03 days since you received the order. If 03 days have passed we can’t offer you a return or refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a return
To qualify for a return, the product’s plastic covering must remain unopened and undamaged, maintaining the perfect condition in which it was received. Any signs of tampering, such as torn seals or stickers, will render the product ineligible for return or refund. Limited Gallery LLC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of returns based on these conditions.

This policy ensures that only genuine items remain in our inventory, preserving the high standards of quality we promise to deliver to you. Your trust in our products and services is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining these standards.
Please note this policy as as stated here applies exclusively to purchases made through website. For in-store purchases, please consult with our store personnel regarding the return and refund policies applicable for the particular shop.
When you will receive the refund
Refund for Returned item: Once you book for return we will collect the item and inspect it for the condition and initiate refund once the condition of item/s confirmed, during this time we will check if we have received all the additional item/s included with the order as gift or samples, any shortage found will be compensated, this may take 2 to 5 working days, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. once the refund is approved and initiated you can receive it in your bank account from which you made the payment for the same order within 2 to 4 working days. if you had paid the order by cash on delivery, you can receive the amount transferred to a bank account which you can provide us from your email id you used while placing the order, all shipping and handling charges will be charged to you incase the item is returned without any reason or for a reason for which we are not responsible. if the item is returned for a reason for which we’re responsible, you will get a full amount refund.
Refund for Cancelled Order Before shipping: If the order was cancelled before the item was shipped the refund will be initiated at the same time which you can receive in your bank account from which you made the payment for the same order within 3 to 7 working days. if you had paid the order by cash on delivery, you can receive the amount transferred to a bank account which you can provide us from your email id you used while placing the order.
Refund for Unfulfilled Orders: In the rarest event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability or any other unavoidable reason, we will issue a full refund to the customer on the same day of acknowledgment of the unfulfilled order (not more than seven days from placing the order). The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. We will notify you via email regarding the initiation of the refund process

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
