Overview

We have online delivery service almost across the glob, even though returns and refund is limited to UAE and GCC countries alone as the moment, we would expand the range in near future and will be happy to share the info with our customers once the range is expanded, return and refund is available for 03 days since you received the order. If 03 days have passed we can’t offer you a return or refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with perfect condition, if you found any imperfection on the item when you receive the order you should notify the same within 06 hours since you received it via email or WhatsApp number mentioned in the website contact page to be eligible for returning of the item/s, if the item is in perfect condition just as you received you may book for the return even for your change of mind.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if you had made the purchase from our shops.

When you will receive the refund

Refund for Returned item: Once you book for return we will collect the item and inspect it for the condition and initiate refund once the condition of item/s confirmed as the same as it was sent, during this time we will check if we have received all the additional item/s included with the order as gift or samples if had, any shortage found will be compensated, this may take 2 to 5 working days, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. once the refund is approved and initiated you can receive it in your bank account from which you made the payment for the same order within 3 to 7 working days. if you had paid the order by cash on delivery, you can receive the amount transferred to a bank account which you can provide us from your email id you used while placing the order, all shipping and handling charges will be charged to you incase the item is returned without any reason or for a reason for which we are not responsible. if the item is returned for a reason for which we’re responsible, you will get a full amount refund.

Refund for Cancelled Order Before shipping: If the order was cancelled before the item was shipped the refund will be initiated at the same time which you can receive in your bank account from which you made the payment for the same order within 3 to 7 working days. if you had paid the order by cash on delivery, you can receive the amount transferred to a bank account which you can provide us from your email id you used while placing the order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
